This rectangular parcel of land consists of 5 multi family lots, the two largest of them on the beach. They are located in Snow Bay, one of the most pristine beaches in all of San Salvador at the southeastern side of the island. The zoning for all of these lots are either duplexes or triplexes and four-plexes. Altogether you can build 14 dwellings on these lots. This area doesn't have power yet, so one has to live off the grid with generators and solar power. There is a road going between the lots, but it is not very busy. At the far end of Snow Bay is the entrance to Pigeon Creek, a thin lake that is perfect for canoeing or kayaking. San Salvador is a charming and pristine 12 miles long and 6 miles wide island, rich on history; from the first discovery by Christopher Columbus to the plantation era. There are lots of interesting and beautiful spots on the island with breathtaking scenery. With its many inland lakes stretching from south to north, it is truly a stunningly beautiful island. You can hike for hours or snorkel on fully alive reefs with the deep ocean not too far away. Deep Sea Fishing is good too, of course. In Cockburn Town, the main settlement, you'll find a grocery store, some other stores and restaurants and the International Airport, both about 30 minutes away by car. There is an old lighthouse to explore, with awesome views from the top, and only about 950 people is living on the island. San Salvador is the perfect place for eco-tourism.
